• Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Except on building recognized holidays (below).

HOLIDAYS - One State Street will be closed on the following holidays:

• New Year's Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day

In addition, the Property Management Office will be closed on Martin Luther King Jr. day, Good Friday, and the day following Thanksgiving. Please note that these holidays are subject to change. "Official" holidays are stated in tenant lease documents.
