Attached to the building on the north side is the building’s 500-car Parking Garage. Levels of the Garage are matched with the 4 Levels of the building’s main Lobby.
Garage Manager:
The Garage Manager's Office is located at the Ground-Level near the Columbus Boulevard entrance to the Garage.
Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (entrance open for visitors)
Saturday: Monthly parkers only (or by appointment)
Sunday: Monthly parkers only (or by appointment)
Unrestricted monthly parkers may gain access to the Garage through the use of their key card 24-hours daily.
OVERNIGHT PARKING IS DISCOURAGED. If you must leave your vehicle in the Garage overnight, please notify the Property Management Office.
Speed Limit:
For everyone's safety, the speed limit is 5 M.P.H.
Height Restriction:
Maximum clearance in the Garage is 6' 4". Please be aware that due to low-lying sprinkler lines there are some areas of the Garage that is lower than 6' 4". Van drivers need to be particularly cognizant.
Access Cards:
Lost or damaged access cards can be replaced at a nominal cost by contacting the Garage Manager.
Visitor Parking:
Visitors with business in the building are welcome in the Garage. All visitors will be stopped at the Garage entrance and asked about their business in the building and their name, which will be recorded along with their license plate information and cell phone number by Garage personnel.
Tenants are asked to forward a visitor roster to the Property Management Office so Garage personnel can cross-reference this information.
All visitors to One State Street must either pay by credit card or by use of a tenant supplied validation coupon. The automated Garage system at One State Street does not accept cash.
Security:
Building security and the safety of our tenants and visitors is our highest priority. The building security system and procedures have been put in place to maximize personal safety and minimize property damage.
One State Street is equipped with state of the art security systems and surveillance equipment as well as a dedicated staff of security officers. The Lobby security desk is manned 24-hours per day, seven days a week.
Security services also include escorts to vehicles parked in our Garage or to the neighboring parking spots that are within close proximity of the building.
