LOADING DOCK:

• The loading dock area is at the southwest corner of One State Street facing Columbus Boulevard. Loading dock has a clearance of 13' 2".
• It is available during normal business hours and also at other times with the approval of the Property Management Office. There is a 15-minute unloading period for vehicles using the loading dock. Tenants should contact the Property Management Office and inform them of any non-standard deliveries that will be made. Documentation of such deliveries will be shared with the security officer supervising dock access.
• In the loading dock area, there is a directory of all tenants' phone numbers. Delivery personnel should utilize this directory and their cell phones to alert tenants of their arrival. If the vendor is new to the building he or she should be escorted to the freight elevator. Access to and from the loading dock is controlled by Security. Intercoms have been placed at access points in the loading dock to communicate with Security.
• Vendors should be reminded that all deliveries are to be made via the loading dock and freight elevator.

LOADING ZONE:

• The City of Hartford has designated the section of Columbus Boulevard in front of the building as a loading zone between the hours of 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM.
• The City prohibits parking or standing in this section between 3:30 PM and 6:00 PM.
